This role demands technical expertise, precision operation of complex hydraulic systems, and commitment to achieving uniform soil conditions that support optimal crop performance.

Role Summary

We are recruiting Medium-Power Tractor Operators to manage specialized planting and secondary land preparation operations. You will operate 155 – 190 hp MFWD tractors equipped with heavy-duty trailed billet planters, multi-row bed formers, and complementary equipment. This role combines technical precision, agronomic knowledge, and operational discipline to ensure optimal crop establishment and uniform plantation geometry.

Role Summary

We are seeking General-Purpose Tractor Operators to manage medium-power tractor operations including amendment haulage, light field haulage, and gypsum application on our expanding sugarcane estate. You will operate 120 – 140 hp MFWD tractors equipped with tipping trailers, gypsum applicators, and complementary attachments. This role supports broader land preparation and development operations while maintaining equipment in optimal condition.

Role Summary

We are recruiting Wheel Loader Operators to manage high-capacity bulk loading during our intensive bush clearing programme. You will operate 18 – 22-tonne wheel loaders equipped with either general-purpose buckets or specialized root-rake bucket and grapple attachments to clear windrows, load brush and root material, and prepare land for cultivation. This is a physically demanding role that requires precision, safety awareness, and coordination with a multi-machine clearing team working across parallel fronts.

Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to operate 20-tonne class and 26 – 30-tonne class long-reach excavators on our expanding sugarcane farm development project. You will be responsible for bush clearing, stump removal, canal excavation, and drainage works while maintaining equipment in optimal working condition and adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.

Role Summary

The Jaggery Salesperson is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer relationship management for the Company’s jaggery product portfolio. The incumbent will proactively identify new business opportunities, build strong distribution networks across wholesale, retail, institutional, and agro-processing channels, manage accounts, and achieve targets for sales volume, market share, and revenue. This role requires close coordination with production, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.
